Here on vacation and ordered takeout. The shrimp with lobster sauce was excellent, along with the pupu platter and the sweet & sour chicken. Highly recommend Ming Hing.

Visiting my mother, I thought it would be nice to spare her the production of making a meal, by stopping in and picking up her favorites. Fantastic! Food was delicious, and the bbq spare ribs top notch. The young lady at the register was very nice and hustling around like a whirlwind. If you are looking for old school Chinese take out give them look.

Their food is amazing. I was a little skeptical because it's the only Chinese cuisine in town, but I was not let down. I've been looking for good General Tso's chicken since I left NY in 2014 and theirs is the best I've tried so far, with actual sauce still on it, unlike most other places I've tried. The taste was just what I was looking for. Their sesame chicken (which is always my second choice if I don't like a place's General Tso's) was incredible and I think I may even like it more than any other chicken I've tried from a Chinese food place. The woman who took my order on the phone was very pleasant, and the woman who rang me up when I got there was extremely kind and cheery, seeming to actually value her customers. I would definitely recommend this place as a go-to for Chinese food. The place is small, and reminiscent of the ones in NY, but much cleaner than any I've ever been in. It was not busy on a Saturday morning, but it was my first time there, so I'm not sure if that's common for them. I hope this place stays around for a while, because they just got a new repeat customer. Thank you so much for the amazing food and service!

Just moved here from CT. Had takeout the other day and was thrilled! Got my favorite chicken broccoli and garlic sauce "extra spicy" and it was perfect! Great steamed white rice too.

We just got Chinese and my usual is teriyaki chicken and some egg rolls but I think they change the recipe it taste different and they are smaller if the taste was the same I would still get it I mean I'm still going to eat there because the teriyaki chicken is still the same and the best one I had but the egg rolls are just not the same and good

Traveling for business and I'm always looking for healthier fare. This is a relatively new place in a nondescript strip mall on the other side of town from the main tourist attractions. First off, I was impressed by their health ratings )one of the first things I always check out). Secondly, the place was immaculate and very busy with people coming in for take out orders. I ordered the Hibachi chicken & steak combo. I was pleasantly surprised by how generous the portion size was. It was realistically enough for 2 people! The steak and white meat chicken were tender and flavorful. This was served with sautéed veggies and fried rice. If you're traveling in the Edenton area, this is definitely a hidden gem. Will most certainly add this to my places to go.

Delicious Chinese food. Worth the drive and plenty of food for the money. Nice family run business. Clean kitchen. They take credit cards also. I eat here often and the food is always made fresh and you get it hot. They put a lot of meat in the container unlike some other places. You won't be disappointed.

I ended up in Hertford, NC for a weekend getaway. Whenever I opened Yelp, this was one of the few restaurants that came up. I'm glad that I gave it a try! It exceeded my expectations! It looked like your typical mom and pop Chinese restaurant but the food had something special about it. I had a chance to speak the ​owners and found out that this shop has been opened for 18-19 years! That explains the delicious taste of the wok! The texture of the honey chicken had a special crunch to it. It wasn't your typical breading from a Chinese restaurant. The shrimp and broccoli were​ well-cooked. The fried rice was probably the highlight of the meal! It was unique and the flavors from the wok came through.
